Yes, the Standard plan is entirely free: up to 2 concurrent loans of €250 each, with legal contract and electronic signature included. The paid Gold and Platinum plans extend the caps and unlock interest and SMS reminders.
Yes. Kredy automatically generates an acknowledgement of debt compliant with articles 1892-1914 of the French Civil Code, electronically signed under the eIDAS regulation. It is enforceable in court and sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint that guarantees its integrity.
Never. Kredy never touches your money: the transfer happens directly between you, by your usual means (bank transfer, cash…). The app simply formalizes the loan and tracks repayment.
Your sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256, every request is signed (HMAC-SHA256), and the most critical tokens are kept inside the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore.
An automatic reminder is sent 7 days before the due date. After that date, the loan switches to "Overdue", both parties are notified, and any late-payment interest provided for in the contract applies automatically.
