This page lets you check the authenticity and integrity of a loan contract generated by Kredy. Every sealed contract carries a unique QR code that points to this page.

gavelWhat is the legal weight?

A sealed Kredy contract complies with article 1366 of the French Civil Code and the European eIDAS regulation (EU 910/2014). Its SHA-256 fingerprint, together with a qualified RFC3161 timestamp, is retained by the platform and can be invoked as evidence for the entire five-year civil prescription period.
